The Agents and Staff of WEICHERT, REALTORS® Advantage Plus thank you for your visit! We are an independently owned and operated franchise of Weichert, Realtors®. As a full-service real estate firm, we offer our clients a wide range of services covering all of their real estate needs.

Jeff Grebe, the owner of WEICHERT, REALTORS® Advantage Plus, has been in real estate since 1992. In 2003 he affiliated with Weichert, Realtors as an independently owned franchise. Jeff provides support to all of our agents and ensures that all transactions are handled smoothly and professionally.

Dan Evans, our Sales Manager, started out in real estate as an investor before he obtained his license. Dan's business savvy and his eternally positive attitude are valuable assets to the company and to all of our agents.

John Becker, our Marketing Director, takes care of many of the "back office" tasks in our office. He creates marketing materials, coordinates advertising, maintains our online assets, oversees all photography, and shoots and creates our VisualTours. Last, but not least, he handles the rapidly-changing technology in the office and provides "tech support" to help our agents do great work for their clients.


Lindsay Boyles, Susannah Poe and Justina Souza are the friendly faces and voices that will greet you when you visit or call one of our offices. They also provide tremendous support for our agents, who can then provide their utmost service to buyers and sellers. These people form the team standing behind every agent at WEICHERT, REALTORS® Advantage Plus. Although they are behind the scenes, they are a large and committed part of a successful partnership with our clients.
